For the second consecutive year, Arki1 was awarded by Google Cloud Learning Services as Authorized Training Partner of the year in Latin America and once again one of our instructors (congratulations Marcos Farias!) receives the Authorized Trainer of the year award for the region\o/
Needless to say, 2020 was quite a challenging year, which gives these awards even more special meaning. We are very grateful to all the Googlers, customers, students, instructors, partners, and collaborators who, with their trust, professionalism, and dedication, made this possible.
The training partnership between Arki1 and Google dates back to 2010 when we started providing official Google Search Appliance training in Latin America, it grew in 2011 when we also started providing official Google Apps (now known as Google Workspace) training to Google partners. . and expanded when in September 2018 we became a Google Cloud Authorized Training Partner. Among the reasons listed by Google for Arki1 to obtain this recognition, we highlight:
- Excellent customer feedback, consistently scoring high (CSAT) in various trainings provided in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, and automotive.
- Excellent partnership and feedback with internal Google teams, including GTM, PSO, Sales, Marketing, and Technical Resume Development trainings.
These awards give Arki1 a unique position in Latin America, as a result of our commitment to always offer the best experience to those who participate in our training courses 🙂
